Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although initially with unpleasant odors, were promptly changed to a clean and updated one. The service was friendly, efficient, and accommodating, making our quick stop on the way to Yellowstone hassle-free. The location, while convenient in Rexburg, lacked nearby stores but was ideal for those visiting BYU-Idaho. Breakfast options were limited and the dining area felt cramped, but it was sufficient for a quick meal. The hotel's facilities were average but served their purpose.
The hotel has a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are modern and clean, resembling a thrift store vibe, but there were issues with cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The service was accommodating and friendly, although noise in the mornings was a drawback. The location was convenient for our plans but suffered from consistent noise from passing trains. The dining options were mediocre but benefited from easy access to amenities nearby.
The hotel is conveniently located in Rexburg, close to a grocery store but right next to the railroad tracks with loud train horns throughout the night. The rooms were decent but not always properly cleaned, with unrefreshed coffee. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially after an incident that required changing rooms. Dining options were limited to donut holes and juice, and the eating area was not well-maintained. Despite these drawbacks, the price was fair considering the location.
